it's a beautiful day [hey!]

i got a 3.0 for my midterm! i was 30 minutes late for encomp2 and just as i entered the room, my number was called so i muddled my way through my speech [ad lib-ed, more like it], and still pulled off a relatively high score. thank you, debate training! actually i should've gotten a 3.5 but since i had no visuals, ms soriano was forced to deduct a 0.5. the kicker is that she wants me to repeat my speech and if the visuals are good, she'll jack up my grade. ah, it's all good.

lss today! donna cancelled our poetry meeting so i'm going straight to pcj, then of course to geric's to finish our case study. hmm... from filipi1 experience, we probably won't but i expect as much.
