rain song

i didn't realize that i could miss the smell of wet earth. too bad the rain didn't last long. in other news, i'm currently trying out the beta version of yahoo messenger 6. aside from the avatars, audibles, additional emoticons, and massive slowdown, there really isn't that much of a difference. in a related incident, i now rarely sleep earlier than 2am so if you'd care to chat, i'm online more often than not from 11pm onwards. and on a final note, i just learned that roald dahl is the author of lambs to the slaughter. wicked.
