went to carmen's bash. had an ube or two. witnessed the destruction of a boombox, paco's dignity [or so he claims], and one salcedo place's poolside women's comfort room. mixed up my best pitcher of lalabu to date. heard a crap story. initiated a long-overdue jam session. arrived home at two in the morning.

accompanied jendee to the ateneo-la salle basketball game. witnessed gigatactics in the mrt. stepped in someone's ice tea after the game [adding insult to injury]. was mesmerized by a bus driver's otherworldly maniobras.

there's really no substitute for first-hand experience.
