i had jen give me a reading after practice for our gig on the 25th. just for kicks, mind you, but i ended up with more revelations than i'd bargained for:

kimber: magtanong ka ng lovelife!
self: sige sige. magkaka-girlfriend ba ako this year?

*jen draws cards*

jen: unlikely. masyado kang preoccupied sa mga ginagawa mo ngayon. tsaka 'di ka naman naghahanap.
self: sakto! ang galing! pero ba't puro lalaki?
jen: 'yan 'yung mga preoccupations mo.
kimber: wow, you're so gay!
self oo nga e. sige tanong na rin natin 'yun - magkaka-boyfriend ba ako this year?

*jen draws cards*

jen: um... gay ka ba talaga?
kimber: sabi ko na nga ba!
self: ...

anyway, i did a quick google search for my significator, the knight of swords, and the description betrays me entirely, except for the 'unfeeling' column. i do tend to keep my feelings to myself, but i don't treat people my friends as numbers.

finally, a parting shot from rogi:

self: bakit, may disappointment din naman future mo a.
kimber: tanga, baligtad s'ya! baligtad din yung meaning.
self: e ano ba'ng opposite ng disappoinment?
rogi: appointment!
