     [busy signaL]

[Wednesday, March 10, 2004]

well i did warn you i'd be busy

just finished coding the last of the jbank classes [not including the gui itself]. but i have a feeling i still have a lot of bugs i need to work out. i wouldn't know - i haven't run the program even once. owel.

in the meantime, a lot has happened to me [as to be expected] so i might as well type out what i can remember:

i. pedance

we're learning the cha-cha-cha. the steps by themselves aren't complicated at all, but a screw up is a screw up. the good news is that i'm doing ok and my partner is at the very least a competent dancer. the bad news is that practicals are next meeting.

ii. simtower

i had invited frytz and bj over last friday to start work on the simtower. obviously nothing of the sort happened. i had fun though so i guess that makes up for it, although the worry's starting to kick in.

iii. san'to?

bunny's mag finally pushed through. yey. hopefully my article won't look that bad beside the others.

iv. objectp deptest

i got a 76 over 100. that's bad, but considering that all but ten of my mistakes were from the terminology-heavy multiple choice portion, i'm not feeling down. as long as i've got the concept down pat, i'll be fine.

iv. biocom2

ms evasco, in some lame attempt to 'humiliate' me, asked me to share with the class what i had been talking to frytz about. given my volume, they probably already knew anyway, but to humor her, i repeated what i had stated about the mating habits of anglerfish, a topic which wasn't that distant from the current lesson. take that, bitch.

v. door 59

soyster mentioned that my prose style is like f. h. batacan's. i dunno about that but she's a great read, if you have the time.

vi. physical exam

it wasn't as bad as they'd made it out to be, nor as embarassing, i have to admit. i'm beginning to think there never was a voice exam.*

vii. email

it seems ms limoanco's grammatical errors worsen online. and i quote:

"In the end, you have 3 choices : (a) work with a group; (b) do the project on your own; (c) will not do the project. Kindly inform me WITHIN THE WEEK. I can not simply put you into any group because, for MP2, any student is free to choice who she/he wants to work with."

that's it i guess. i'll probably update after a week or so. such, it turns out, is the life of a ccs student.
